We are seeking a 4th roommate to join us for the 2018/2019 year! The house is walking distance to UNC, has energy efficient appliances, and huge windows (feels like a treehouse)! We are three women, two of whom are young professionals (24 yrs old), and a grad student at UNC (22 yrs old). We keep a clean environment, but are laid back and enjoy having social nights every now and then. The manager is also very responsive, and genuinely cares about the tenants! Tenants responsible for electric and water bill
