I have kids and live upstairs about 50 percent of the time, so there is the potential for noise from foot traffic. There is parking off-street for two cars, and shared garage space for storage. The unit comes completely stocked with tv, fully stocked kitchen, all furniture and includes all utilities. Please let me know if you have questions! All utilities (waters, sewer, trash, cable, internet, electric, gas) and furnishings are included with the rental. No smoking is allowed on or around the property. Small dogs are negotiable.
