This furnished home is managed by Heartwood Furnished Homes, a premier provider of furnished rentals in Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Chapin and the surrounding areas. We provide temporary accommodations to travel nurses, military families, families relocating or between homes, and families who need temporary housing due to insurance claims & home repairs. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located in the Hollywood-Rosehill neighborhood. The rental is furnished and includes everything you need for your stay including high speed wifi, smart TV, bedding, kitchen basics for cooking, washer / dryer and a basic set of supplies to get you started. The rental includes all utilities (water, electric, gas, internet). We handle all maintenance to include landscaping (bi-weekly), pest control, HVAC filter replacements, appliance repairs and other urgent issues. The weekly rate for this property is $590 per week, plus a $190 one-time cleaning fee (due in first week's rent). This rate is not negotiable. We require a 2 week ($1,180) security deposit to reserve the rental. Flexible cancellation with at least 2 weeks advance notice of move out date.
