For the first time in years, the opportunity is here for you to come home to one of the grandest estates in one of Pensacola’s most beloved waterfront neighborhoods. Built by William Blount in 1903 & standing proud over a century later, step inside to over11,000 square feet of elegance. The foyer & grand staircase have no equal. Cross through the foyer into an equally stunning great room, where high ceilings, 2 fireplaces, bar & gorgeous water views create the perfect gathering place for friends & family. A dream home library connects the great room to the family living room, with its elegant fireplace & rich hardwood accents. The grand dining room overlooks the bay. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space & storage, along with an intimate breakfast nook. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large laundry/utility room keeps more function close at hand. Taking the elevator or the stairs, the master suite covers most of the second floor; with a home office just off the bedroom. The master bath’s double vanity, tub & shower are complemented by an adjacent dressing room. The second floor features 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths & a complete in-law suite, while the third floor offers 3 more bedrooms & 2 full baths. This home’s backyard rivals the offerings of most resorts. Two covered patios, a full-size pool, a gas fire pit & outdoor kitchen overlook almost 250 feet of private bayfront shoreline. A dock with a boat lift extends out into the deeper water for year-round boating & fishing enjoyment. The infrastructure of this home includes a full-height basement, 2021 roof & a geothermal HVAC system. Modern impact windows, designed to replicate historic glass, keep this home’s old-world beauty intact while providing modern security. Minutes from Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Yacht Club and Pensacola Country Club, with a front-row water view towards Blue Angels rehearsals, it is hard to imagine a home that offers more of the best of our area.
