It has intercom/video entrance technology. Not to mention the perfect location! Located at 113 W. 7th Street, it is downtown, near The Vid, Sports, Brothers, Bluebird, less than two blocks away from two different bus stops and a parking garage nearby. Internet, water, and trash INCLUDED! Only have to pay for electric. Rent is $1300 ($650/person) a month. We are sad to leave, but know that the next tenants will love it!
