The room comes with a TV, drawer, closet space and great natural light, and we also have an extra desk available if you'd like to set up a work/study-from-home space in the room. We can also supply a full bed on request at no extra cost, or remove the furniture that's already in there. The home is occupied by two respectful, active locals who love Flagstaff and spend a lot of time climbing, biking, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors. We value privacy, keep a relaxed and considerate home environment, and are looking for a responsible tenant who is a good fit for shared living. We have another room being rented out (not currently listed) that is renting month-to-month. Shared spaces include access to the kitchen and spacious living area, plus a TV, sound system, and ping pong table in the garage. Spacious garage and plenty of storage. The house is in a great location near Ponderosa Park, with several hiking and biking trails less than a 1-minute walk from the front door. There is a large shaded patio. This would be a great fit for someone who wants a comfortable home base in Flagstaff with easy trail access and a quiet, respectful living situation. No pets are allowed, no smoking/vaping inside the house is allowed, lease agreeement will specify additional house rules. We are pretty chill otherwise! Lease is month-to-month. Parking is on the street. Overnight guests are allowed under lease conditions. Common area cleaning is a shared responsibility. Cleaning supplies are provided by owner. We have some room in garage for storage. Owner will care for the exterior/yard.

Kayvon/Brianna are outdoors enthusiasts, travel on weekends. Kayvon works from home. Brianna works in town Sa-Su 5-4. We share cleaning responsibilities and look for renters who desire the same.
