Welcome to our very private 1 bedroom guest house on our historic 1926 property. The guest house is modern, light and bright and completely separate from the main house, set amidst lush landscaping including a koi pond with water features and behind tall locking gates in a quiet safe neighborhood (with only single family homes). It has all new double pane windows, doors, plank flooring, quartz countertops, granite sink, soft close cabinets, cellular blinds and pitched roof in the bedroom with beam ceiling. The guest house is completely furnished with all new furniture: refrigerator, range, range hood, microwave, TV, new cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender, queen bed, end table, cleaning supplies and multiple sets of bedding, towels and blankets. It is light and bright inside with ceiling fan lights in the living/kitchen area and in the bedroom; additionally there is a mini split system in the bedroom and living area, there is a pantry, a large closet, lighting inside the closet and pantry and dimmable track lights in the main living area. There are multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy the garden and pond. Parking is street parking (no permit necessary and lots of available parking). The guest house has its own address and mailbox. The guest house does not have laundry facilities however washer and dryer are available in the main house and an excellent, safe and clean laundry is only 1.8 miles away. No pets, no smoking/e-cigarettes, single occupancy only. $1800 includes all utilities (cable, high speed internet, gas, water, trash and electricity). Flexible lease duration from 3 months to 12 months and deposit prorated for less than 1 year lease length. This guest house is fully permitted by LA County Building and Safety. Application and credit check required. $100 non refundable cleaning fee. Due to covid (and because currently rented), please let owner know with request to tour how many people are renting/viewing, confirm lease length, employment/income information and that you will allow a credit check. This is a fully furnished guest house, it will not fit a second bed and I cannot store furniture. Open fish pond does not make it ideal for kids due to safety, Thank you.
