This house is underwhelming, disappointing and overall slightly boring. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home just doesn't have much to offer. You'll wish the laundry was in the basement and not on the second floor so you have to carry laundry down the stairs and you would have hoped for a smaller rear deck. The nice quality engineered wood flooring is just something you'll have to deal with . The abundance of natural light in the home may annoy you. The quartz countertops with a waterfall edge isn't trendy. The stainless steel appliances aren't what you want. The open concept living, the insanely unappealing custom staircase and the vaulted ceilings won't be enjoyable to see or to experience . The continued list of custom features, such as a dog spigot, backlit emoji room signs and custom railings really just don't tie the home together. But other than that, you'll LOVE this home.
