Nestled in the heart of the Central District, we're a short walk away from everything you need: grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a range of shops. Capitol Hill and Madrona are right next door with more shops and restaurants. Lake Washington is a short bus ride or walk away. Downtown, the International District, and Pioneer Square are about 10 minutes away. Bus lines direct to these neighborhoods and downtown (#2, #8, #48) are nearby.
