It has its own fenced yard with included storage shed. City water and trash included. You are responsible for your own electric, WiFi/cable. Pets allowed upon approval. You must be knowledgeable about RV living and be able to properly care for the RV (ie septic/water tank maintenance, propane tanks, etc). There is a coin operated laundry room, and a "catch and release" fishing pond on site for your use. Owner pays for water and trash. Owner will pay for up to 50.00 electric. Tenant responsible for Wi-Fi/cable. 500.00 deposit due at lease signing. Pet fee is non refundable 300.00. One year lease required. You must sign pet agreement. Possible occasional inspections of yard and inside/outside RV.
