Utilities are included. *(Electric, Gas, Sewer, Water & Garbage.) There is a ladder to the loft which can hold a queen size bed and dresser. We are a quiet little friendly community surrounded by a redwood fence and backed by forest. If you are looking for a quiet place to call home, Whispering Pines welcomes you. Availability may be flexible for a move-in date before August 1st. This studio is for 1 person. Parking is provided in our parking lot for 1 vehicle only. There is a 1 year lease, then tenancy will be month to month. No smoking. Pets: Only cats.
