Me and my roommate currently live at 1130 North Dearborn at Elm Street Plaza. We are looking to move out to a new place on August 1st but our lease goes until September 1st. You would pay $2,196 for August and then rent increased for us to $2,416 for the full term lease (this is compared to normal prices of $2,500-$2,600). So you’d be able to save some money if you sign from us. The unit is 1100 SF, 2 bathrooms and each Bedroom is huge . Incredible views from the 28th floor over the lake and overlooking Rush and Hancock tower. We are two blocks from the Clark/Division Red line and right next to a Jewel and Treasure Island. 5 minute walk to Oak Street beach or North Avenue beach. Everything will be professionally cleaned and repainted when we move out. If you just need the place for 1 month, then you are more than welcome to sublet our place for the rest of the summer and then move out. Or you can renew the lease for longer.
