It's convenient to shopping, theaters, restaurants,and much more. Parking may be an issue. Paid street parking ONLY and it is well monitored by parking patrol, so if you own a vehicle you may need to add parking to your budget. *For the respect of all our residents, this is a NO SMOKING building.
