There is plenty of free street parking, but there's also a parking garage in the building where you can park for $160 / month. The unit has every appliance you'd want: fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, granite countertops, attached balcony, and best of all an in-unit washer and dryer. Wave-G and Comcast are the internet providers. Water and garbage are added on top of the monthly rent. Electricity is billed separately. There is a 24-hour gym on the premises, rooftop deck, elevators, community grills, automated package receiving system, etc...
