We’re considering moving out of state so that our kids can be closer to their cousins. We love this house, our community and our neighbors. We will not move unless we get the right offer. Great floorplan, Craftsman charm, built-ins and coved ceiling in dining room, batchelder fireplace, built-ins and high ceiling in living room, large kitchen, large family room opening to backyard, new bathroom with double pedestal sinks and skylight. Hardwood floors throughout. Our kids put scuffs and handprints every time we paint, so we’re not going to show it. If you want perfectly clean walls, assume that you’ll need to paint every room. The spacious attic could have been a 5th bedroom with storage, but it’s just full of holiday decorations and storage. The back 3/4ths of the garage was professionally converted into an unpermitted small studio with a small bathroom that my friend lived in for a few years. Now, it’s my home office that out of town guests can stay in. The lime, lemon, orange, pomegranate, and apple trees in the backyard have matured and now produce hundreds of pieces of fruit each year.
