Much love went into designing our home which was designed by spectacular Uruguayan architect, it simply flows, and allows anyone to feel at home! It is the Perfect blend of modern and welcoming A minimalistic art inspired space., It is curated beautifully! And only 7 blocks, a bike ride away from Venice Beach and Pier. Clean white walls dressed with art serves as an inspiration to read, write, create or simply observe and use it as a space of peace when back from exploring. The peaceful energy (due to the over 1000 crystals in the house) is amazing and as soon as you set foot in the house, you will feel at home and beyond... Paradise. Heaven. Sanctuary. However you wish to call it, we call it home and it is too good to keep all to ourselves. Juan personally adventures to find all of the Many Crystals around our home, therefore we travel many times throughout the year! Never leaving our home unattended, we especially love when great people we truly trust stay in our home and enjoy while we are away. Cheers and much smiles! We are looking for a minimum of 5 months lease. All utilities including cable and wifi included. No smoking please and street parking directly in front of our home (which is NEVER an issue)
