There is currently wood LVP on the stairs and bedrooms will have new LVP installed before new tenants move in. In house washer and dryer are a notable upgrade. Don't worry about trying to find parking at BSU. It is just as close to park in your own detached two car garage and take the short walk to campus. Location can't be beat! This means that we have one lease that all tenants sign, ONE cosigner that is signing for the whole house, and we only accept rent in one payment.
