List your homeThis is very nice quiet neighborhood. Gas station, neighborhood Walmart, crest food, Adi, homeland, a lot banks just 5 minutes away. Good Putnam school district. We have been living here for over 20 years with no problems. Renter have to pay all bill and take care the yard after move in. Do not smoke inside the house
