Please notify us 72 hours prior to arrival if heating is needed, as it takes time to reach the desired temperature. A $350 fee will be applied if pool equipment or valves are tampered with. The property has security cameras at each entry and exit point and in the backyard for insurance purposes. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 7 AM, and any disturbances will incur a $500 Quiet Time Violation Fee. Check-in is at 4 PM, and late check-out will result in a $100 fee for every additional hour. A $250 fee will be applied for clogging the sink with solid food or oil. Please avoid overloading the washer and dryer, and do not use the steam function in the dryer. The fireplace is not available for use as per the insurance policy. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, and failure to do so will result in extra cleaning charges. All inflatable floaties and pool accessories must be deflated before leaving. Set the AC to 80 degrees to prevent damage. The BBQ grill is not deep cleaned for every guest, so please use the provided brush or request one if missing. Deliveries cannot be accepted on your behalf.
