Independence Police and Codes enforcement do patrol and have permission to be on the grounds (not inside unless tenant consents). 7) References are required. 8) Nonrefundable pet deposit of $400 plus an extra $40/month. Must have renters insurance covering liability for your pet hurting someone. 9) No CASH! Please pay online, money order, or check. Please put the address in your smart phone and go look at the unit before calling or filling out the application. If the unit is being cleaned, painted, and/or repaired, when you show up, the crew can show you the unit on the spot. Otherwise, please come to our home office to put down a $20 key deposit to borrow a key. Home Office is at 3365 Blue Ridge Blvd. Go to the front door and push the "Ring" doorbell during daylight hours.
