There is no deposit needed as you would just be taking over our lease. This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit on the second floor. The rent is $1295. There is a $65 amenity fee includes (valet trash, indoor pool, fitness center, movie theater, car wash, indoor basketball court) This unit's features include a built-in alarm system, two walk-in closets, a fireplace, 9-foot ceilings, a washer and dryer, cable, and a balcony with storage. The hallways and bedrooms have carpet, while the kitchen and bathrooms have tile. This apartment is also pet-friendly. This apartment complex also has attached and detached garages available. We currently have a garage with this unit that leads directly onto the first floor of the building. Please note the requirements made by our apartment for taking over our lease is to make 3x the amount of rent.
