Lease Terms The Green Door Minimum 30-day stay required Fully furnished rental Rent must be paid in full and on time according to lease agreement terms Failure to pay rent may result in termination of occupancy, removal from the property, legal action, and additional fees as permitted by Arizona law Security deposit may be required prior to check-in Utilities included up to reasonable usage limits High-speed WiFi included In-unit washer & dryer available for guest use EV charger available on-site No smoking inside the property No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings permitted Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM Only registered occupants approved on the lease may stay at the property Subleasing or unauthorized guests are not permitted Pets may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees Tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition during occupancy Excessive damage, stains, smoking odors, or missing items may result in additional charges Tenant must report maintenance issues promptly Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate lease termination Parking permitted only in approved areas Mid-stay cleanings available upon request for additional fees Lease extensions are subject to availability and approval Check-in instructions and property access details will be provided prior to arrival The Green Door is intended to provide a comfortable, respectful, and elevated stay experience for all guests while maintaining the integrity of the property and surrounding historic neighborhood.
