Our family is going on a year-long sabbatical, and would like to find responsible renters for the year. Our house has three bedrooms, two offices, a well-stocked kitchen, and two bathrooms. Floor to ceiling bookshelves full of fiction and popular nonfiction will make this a reader's dream. We also have a super cool backyard cabin with a huge desk and loft bed (though little heat and no running water). The location in the lower Rattlesnake is ideal, just a few blocks from Greenough Park and the base of Mount Jumbo, and a fifteen minute walk to the University and downtown. No smoking at all. Pets are negotiable. Parking is on street. We can discuss use of our car for the year if interested. Lawn mowing and snow shoveling are responsibility of the renter. We can offer a discount for additional care-taking responsibilities, and an additional discount if renters want to care for our two very cute cats.
