    Beautiful home before water damage in January, 2023. Being sold AS/IS. Was consistently rented for $850 per month prior to damage and can get at least $900 per month after repairs are made. After receiving more responses than expected, we have decided to provide the following information to those interested in making an offer for this property. Any and all offers must include the following: In addition to the amount offered to the seller; Buyer to cover all closing costs and inspection costs and must close within 30 days of offer. Buyer is aware that Cleveland water bill and Cleveland sewer (NEORSD) bill due to damage caused by burst pipe in January, 2023, totaling $ 7,169.93 and will be paid by buyer.
