Location. Location. Location! Grandma and Grandpa lived here. Excellent reasons. Superb garden spot and a great property for a new orchard. Until age caught up to them these folks raised the best tomatoes in the county. Had so many one year had to wholesale to a local farmers market. Good high ground with a paved road right to the driveway. Used to raise chickens here too. Needs an updated hen house but has plenty of ground for that. Nice shop building and home has plenty of storage. Pardon the mess. They are getting ready for an estate sale.
