You'll love the huge yard, attached one-car garage with lots of built-in storage, plenty of off-street parking, and large utility/laundry room. Although this home still retains much of its vintage charm, it features all modern conveniences you'd expect like central heat and AC and vinyl replacement windows for year-round comfort. All of this in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything Charlotte has to offer! Maximum occupancy: 5 persons Tenant responsible for all utilities, trash pick-up, and yard care APPLICANT STANDARDS WE DO FULL, DETAILED BACKGROUND, CREDIT, CRIMINAL, AND RENTAL HISTORY APPLICATION: A separate application is required for each occupant 18 years an older (even if they won't be on the lease). LEASE START DATE (Move-In) The requested lease start date is contingent upon management approval.
