I find it very difficult to describe this place. Its different, its not like the others in the neighborhood. If you work your ass off and enjoy spending time sitting around a fire, cooking with friends in a 1000lb brick oven (or want to learn), throwing back a beer or rolling up a joint on a random Tuesday night; this could be the place for you. The philosophy here is that your lifestyle is the best medicine. You work hard to afford a comfortable lifestyle and it should be celebrated. We have built something of an "adult playground" here filled with as much nature as we could squeeze into the plot. From the wood-burning pit to the waterfall sculpted down the side of our hobbit hole the natural sounds and smells drown out the city. Tenant pays electric & interwebs. Hot water covered by owner
