There 2 furnished bedrooms upstairs with a common bath, loft with computer desk/office setup. Each bedroom is spacious, with queen sized bed, closets, dressers, end tables, bed lamps and TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The home is fully furnished. The kitchen is also fully equipped. I'm vegetarian and have separated out items for non-vegetarian guests. Cutlery (spoons, forks, knives), plates, cups, bowls, some pots and pans are available for cooking. There is also a pantry. I keep 2 sets since I am vegetarian and the pantry has Indian spices. You are responsible for your own cooking or refrigerate food items. We are all old enough and professional to take other roommates food items. Kitchen cleaning supplies are under the sink. Please do not leave over night dishes and clean up after your cooking/meals. The Washer and Dryer are available to use in the laundry room. Please be mindful of each other's privacy and respectful towards each other. No shoes and no smoking inside to keep the home clean. WiFi is available. I'm social and have friends over sometimes for movie nights, potluck, BBQ gatherings. You are welcome to join us if you are comfortable meeting new people. Easy access to different parts of the city (6 miles to NW 23rd via Cornell Rd, 1.5 miles to Hwy 26, 2 miles to Hwy 217, 3 miles to Nike, Columbia sports, 6-7 miles to Intel Hillsboro), 2.5 miles to the Cedar Hills shopping area, 3-4 miles to Costco, Fred Meyers etc. Spacious home, furnished, bonus office area, high speed internet, safe neighborhood. Parking is available on the street. There is no green space yard for any dogs. There is a BBQ grill, fire pit and a gazebo for summer gatherings. Month to month for flexibility.
