I am looking for someone to take over the lease on this apartment, as I am planning to move in with my significant other before the lease is up. I am also willing to do a short term "roommate", preferably at least a couple months. There is the option to buy or rent the furniture, as I don't need most of the furniture and kitchen supplies anymore. This unit is located in the Avalon at Bear Creek apartment complex. This is a one bedroom unit with Renovated Package I and the current minimum price is $2,394/mo for this type of unit. This is an excellent unit in the complex! Because this building is built in a hill, this specific unit feels like it is located in the second floor when you are in it AND there is access to the front door without a staircase. There is excellent shade provided by the trees outside and I have been able to keep the unit at a comfortable temperature (less than 75F) without an air conditioner. There is all vinyl flooring for easy cleaning, a fan in the bedroom, and the unit was freshly renovated with new appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer) just prior to me moving in 2 years ago.
