Less than a mile from the International House of Prayer, this townhouse is a great value for a small family or as an investment property. Within the last 7 years, we have updated several parts of the home, including our whole kitchen (cabinets, counter tops, tile, paint), our guest bathroom (vanity, lights, paint), our dining room and hallway flooring (wood laminate), and the addition of a full room in the basement. Even though the townhouse is in the middle of several other units, there is an amazing amount of natural light! The architects decided to go "up", which means they designed the ceilings in the living room and both bathrooms angled upward with windows.
