This property is located in close proximity to Western Michigan University and is intended as a STUDENT RENTAL. Neither the house or the neighborhood is suitable for families, particularly with young children, given the nature of student life. No more than four tenants are permitted. Each bedroom is individually lockable with a key. Tenants are responsible for all utilities other than waste management. There is one bedroom upstairs, two on the main level and one in the basement. There is one bathroom on the main level and one in the basement which doubles as the laundry with washer and dryer. Pets may be allowed on a per pet basis at the discretion of the landlord, but additional monthly fees will apply. The yard is fully fenced, mostly by tall privacy fencing. There are two small decks and a patio space. There is a two stall garage with remote-controlled, power openers for the overhead doors, with an additional three, graveled, unsheltered off-street parking spaces.
