So, where do you want to live? I wish I could find a three bedroom, three full bath town home, with a stunningly remodeled kitchen featuring granite counters, custom cabinets, top on the line stainless steel appliances, and a gorgeous marble back splash. Through the rest of the house what a dream it would be to find towering vaulted ceilings, gorgeous crown moldings, a stack stone fireplace, vinyl dual pane windows, recessed lighting, smooth ceilings, an upgraded hvac system, a large private patio, & a great master suite with balcony, walk in closet, and dual vanities! I'd want my front door to be on the ground level with a full bedroom and bathroom downstairs, a two car garage with tons of storage, and a short walk to the pool and tennis courts would be nice. But most importantly I want to be in the middle of Thousand Oaks, on a cul-de-sac, close to great schools, the freeway, and the mall. I guess I'm a dreamer! Well maybe not!
