Upstairs you will find the master suit, workspace, and 300+sqft loft with a futon/TV. Downstairs is a rec area with TV, bonus room, full bath, and small kitchen and storage area for your bikes/skis. over 2,250 total sqft Minimum 30 day lease terms available. Dogs are allowed with a $200 pet fee. There is also a $350 cleaning fee after your stay. Utilities are covered for stays between 30 & 60 days, any stay over 60 days the tenants are responsible for all consumable utilities during their entire stay. 4-5 off street parking spots available in the summer months, and 3-4 spots available in the winter depending on snow conditions. Snow plow provided from November to April. Absolutely no street parking allowed. The driveway is north facing and steep, 4x4 with snow tires are required. There are a lot of stairs on the property, roughly 50 stairs to the front door.
