House on Lake Texoma 11338 Johnson Dr, Kingston, OK 73439 SANDY BEACHES!!!!!! We love the space inside and outside. The house has country charm with a sun room that allows for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors at the same time. Lots of large windows to view the beautiful oak trees, dogwood trees and other foliage throughout the year. The full length front porch adds to the hominess as their is a swing we like to sit in late in the evening and watch the sun go down. The home has 3 fantastic outbuildings including a 3 car garage, a 1 car garage, and a nice shed that can be used for many things. We use it as a potting shed. Large brick fireplace in the living room. Lake Texoma is absolutely gorgeous, house sits 200 yards from the water and has a boat ramp. Some of the sandiest beaches on the lake can be found there as well. One can swim, fish or just enjoy the beautiful lake. We drive our golf cart down there almost daily in spring, summer and fall. Our area is a designated golf cart area and almost everyone has a golf cart or utv to enjoy this beautiful country living. The neighbors throughout this development are wonderful and very helpful and friendly. It is truly a small paradise here. The Single shop is converted to a living quarters but bathroom needs to tiled. Would make a good vacation rental/VRBO for extra income! Read Less
