The apartment includes two private entrances accessible from both the front yard and backyard, as well as a private upstairs balcony overlooking the backyard. A fenced-in backyard with a dog run, patio, solar panels, and a xeriscaped front and backyard are some of the outdoor features. Includes access to a backyard locked storage shed for bikes and other bulky items. Backyard access is shared with housemates on the main level and upstairs. Parking is in the alley and is uncovered. Managed by the owners who prioritize a good relationship, strong communication, and a great deal of flexibility for their tenants. Looking for a 1 year lease but can also do month to month for a $100 monthly premium.
