This house has a brand new roof, a sizable one car garage, a large fenced in back yard, and a lovely modern bathroom. Since everything is on one level only up a couple steps the washer and dryer hookups are very easy to reach, and all the appliances are new and come with unless you'd prefer your own. Tenant pays all utilities and takes care of all lawn maintenance. We ask tenant try to fix any minor issues such as changing a light bulb, resetting the breakers, resetting the garbage disposal. However if you can fix or figure something out we will be out there in a week or two for non emergency and same day or next for emergency (such as utility or appliance).
