Both the front house side walk way and the back house .Building exterior conditions: over all good condition . One thing I noticed was the windows from the front house none of them open . The tenants recycle all there bottles on the side of the back side but everything is we'll kept in containers and bags .Notes: I was able to go inside the units and they where will taken care of .
