In 2022, the condo has stayed booked at 76% occupancy, is averaging $302/night and on track to gross $70k for the year. If looking to use for a short term rental, this condo could be purchased and turned on same day- it’s completely turn key (happy to provide my professional pictures to next owner) Outside of the condo but within the resort is an on-site restaurant, 3 beachfront pools, 2 of which are heated (with more pools on the golf course), multiple tennis courts, and a 9 hole par 3 golf course- all within a secure and gated community!
