Furthermore, it is only 10 to 15 minutes away from downtown Seattle - take your own car, bus or light-rail - with freeways, transit center, just a short distance away! This guarantees an easy access to all the entertainment and business facilities that Seattle has to offer. Open House Saturday March 11 & Sunday March 12 : 10 AM to 4 PM We are a non-smoking house. One month rent is required as security deposit (refundable if no damages), along with one time cleaning fee ($250) and a non-refundable pet fee ($250), if you have a pet. You pay for utilities (electricity (separate meter) water/sewer/garbage (shared across 4 units), cable/internet(bring your own) expenses separately when due.
