Extra large basement under the family room which was $9,900 additional, all bath rooms have marble-floors, tub & shower. New roof &10 new sheets plywood. Counter tops in whole house are granite. New garage opener & insulated garage door. New driveway & curb cut down so it is smooth driving in & out of drive. All new windows in home and lots more extras.
