The four units in the house share the front porch and upper deck. Each apartment has one assigned parking space in back off the alley. On-site laundry is shared by all apartments. The fireplace in this apartment is not functional. APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS: Living room = 12'8" x 9'11" Bedroom = 9'9" x 8'9" This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen.
