Applicants must be employed within the Indianapolis area or have written company authorization to work remotely. All approved remote applicants will require a double security deposit. 9. Criminal history may be a factor considered during the application process. NOTE: The application approval process consists of reviewing several variables. For example, but not limited to, income, employment status, rental history and credit. When reviewing credit, the minimum criteria is a score of 500 or above; however, balances in collections, excessive late payments, repossessions, past evictions, past eviction filings or bankruptcies may decrease your approval score. Based on your approval score your application may be denied, approved, approved with a higher deposit or require a co-signer.
