All utilities part of lease. Renter is responsible for timely placing in receptacle prior to pick up day. Renter is responsible for keeping unit clean, taking care of unit and appliances. and notifying immediately of any issues. Area around outside of unit is also to be kept clean of any renters items or trash etc. shed behind the unit is available for renters use. No smoking on property or in unit. No drugs allowed on property or in unit No loud music or parties. We have a German Shepard that you will see and potentially interact with as unit is in back yard and is not fenced off from main yard. No other pets are allowed. 1 yr lease. First last and deposit required. Breaking any rules listed will terminate lease and you will will need to vacate premise. Deposit will be used for cleaning, replacement of blinds and repairs to bring back to rentable state.
