The half-duplex house-unit has a large patio with a shared swimming pool. It comes with parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The garage is NOT included, it is being used as our storage. Pets are permitted with proof of a renters insurance, including pet liability insurance. We have a $35 monthly 'Pet Fee' per pet. The limit would be 2 medium or 3 small size approved pets. Washer, dryer and dishwasher are in the unit, but not included in the offer, however, they may be used as long as they work. Please inform us in case they don't work so we can order removal of those and you may use your own. Furniture and decoration in the photos IS ALREADY REMOVED and the rental as vacant. LONG TERM / ANNUAL OFFER: If you qualify with an excellent credit report and background check then we can consider providing you with a 1 year lease for $1585 per month. We do require 1st month rent plus one month security deposit, total of $3170 to move in.
