There is 1 Queen Bed in the master bedroom, 1 futon in the open-air loft, and Twin Beds in the Bunk Room. The 3rd bedroom is an open air loft, allowing a lot of bright sunshine and the nature to come inside. The bedrooms are located upstairs, while the main floor is dedicated to the kitchen, living room and dining room and features a large vaulted ceiling. There is a 1 car garage and 1 additional outdoor parking. You can park for the duration of your stay. However, during the severe winter months, the outdoor parking is extremely limited and sometimes inaccessible due to the snow plowing. As part of the lease, the utilities and internet are already included in the monthly rent. The utilities are capped at $135 per month included in the monthly rent expense. If utilities exceed $135 per month, the incremental amount to be paid by the tenant.
