We will need to access these from time to time and in case of emergency. - This basement has flooded in the past. We have several flood safeguards and alarms that you will need to inform us about if they go off. - The kitchen sink is on a pump drain system. You cannot put food items down this drain. Period. - We will not be giving tours of this apartment unless you have completed the application. We pay for all utilities.
