Great 3 bedroom 2 bath home built in 2006 just off Trafalgar and Chiquita. This home was painted inside and out 2 years ago. New tile 2 years ago in all bedrooms. Great location, water and sewer being connected this month. The current tenant is in the home through 6/30/15. I will schedule appointments to see the inside between the 25th to the 27th (and beyond if necessary) but based on current level of interest I would imagine I'll have it rented by then. I was at the home 6-10-15 and the house is in great condition. I did notice a smell of cigarette smoke in the home, not strong, but there. Both tenants indicated on their application 2 years ago that neither smoked. Apparently the husband (admitted this to me) he has begun smoking again and has smoked on the lanai and garage. Naturally it eventually makes it way in and is on his clothing. A friend of mine is in the business of disaster cleanup when homes are damaged by fire, flood, etc. We plan on putting 3 ozone machines in the home once they move out and that should take care of the issue along with changing the AC Filter. I'm just being upfront as some people are more sensitive to this than others, but either way it's going to be handled. I plan on calling persons back for appointments who have filled out an application first. Contact with any questions. Tenant responsible for utilities and lawn maintenance. Washer and Dryer not included. One Small Pet will be considered.
