This is a three-bedroom, two-bath space has a big open-plan living space with vaulted ceilings and skylights. The neighborhood is a quiet one, walkable to great restaurants and Newort Market, and has immediate access to walkable, runnable, and bikable trails (like the Phil's complex and the High Lakes trail). There's also a dog park and human at the end of the street. The full kitchen is big and open and has a large counter for gathering around during dinner or a chat. There is a dishwasher and a new refrigerator/stove/microwave. The laundry room has a nice front-loading washer and dryer. One of the three rooms has been built out as an office space, but it does have a twin-size memory foam lounge seat, which is quite comfortable. The other two rooms have a Queen and a King Bed. Outside there is a sizable porch and a side patio for some outdoor relaxation (complete with BBQ). There is also a large couch, so arguably a 6th person can fit comfortably. There is also high-speed internet, a projector, and Google TV if you are excited about watching movies. Other things of note: The property is up off the road a bit. So, while you can see the people walking their dogs and biking down the street, you're not directly on the road. The house has a small yard in front with a covered porch, perfect for morning coffee, and several Ponderosas at the front of the property. The side of the house has pavers, a grill, and some outdoor furniture for relaxing. At the back of the house, there is a deck with a raised bar space (powered if you want to work outside) and an outdoor shower and sink for the warm months. There are irrigated beds on all sides of the house, if you want to add some of your favorite seeds to the soil and see what happens. The house is also fenced in, if you have a dog. No smoking. The initial rental agreement will be for a minimum of 12 months. Open to negotiation after that period. Two cars maximum in the driveway. Other cars will need to be parked on the street. Tenants will be responsible for minor maintenance (ie, changing lightbulbs, etc) and will pay for any property damage. Two animals maximum.
