I would prefer you to hang clothes up to dry to save on electric costs. Many kitchen appliances such as premiun Enagic water filter, Cuisine art, Ninja, rice maker, Crock Pot can be shared. Outside back porch has gas grill, tables and lounge chairs, also shared. Plenty of street parking. Friendly neighbors also. No smoking of any kind allowed, due to health situations. No air conditioner allowed, however fans are ok. We have a small dog who is very friendly.
