This is my personal home I would like to rent out and can keep it fully furnished, half furnished or empty, your choice. The kitchen has been fully renovated with new appliances and I have just added a new HVAC system in the basement. The roof is also brand new. The bathroom however is still awaiting renovations. Personally, I would like to establish a personal relationship with the new tenant. This home is currently empty a lot, so the relationship would really help upgrading the house to both desires. You will have to get your own utilities. If you want to stick with the utilities under my name, it will be an additional cost for water, gas, electric, and internet. I can also provide trash service and lawn care at an additional cost as well. I prefer if you do not smoke tobacco in the house, but do not mind for any of the outdoor areas. Pets are welcome. It is an open backyard. Would like to keep communication open and transparent.
